Description: The explicit analytical form of the general solution of the classical Euler-Poisson equations over complex time in the form of zeta-function of the exponential of the canonical modular Dedekind parabolic form of weight 12, as well as their particular solutions - the exponential of the Hasse-Weil L-functions and zeta - functions of elliptic curves over the field ℚ are obtained.
