Description: The rapid democratic transformations and integration of Ukraine into the European and global community have significantly influenced the approach to inclusive education. The development of inclusive competence among future professionals in the socionomic sectorE"such as psychologists, social workers, and special education professionalsE"is critical for ensuring effective inclusion in education and social life. This article analyzes the current challenges in fostering inclusive competence within UkraineEs higher education system, particularly in the context of digitalization, internationalization, and ongoing military conflict. The study highlights the barriers caused by limited resources, war-related disruptions, and the need for interdisciplinary approaches in training. It concludes that adapting educational programs to modern global standards and improving professional training are essential steps toward enhancing inclusive competence among future specialists.
