Description: The main arguments and essential aspects of the fundamental fact of canonical integrability of the key equations of classical mechanics - the Euler-Poisson equations, describing the rotational dynamics of classical heavy rigid bodies in a classical gravitational field, are presented. In the center of the emerging Eexact solvability theoryE is the concept of EL-functional global integrabilityE. The corresponding details and reference information are provided in the author's monograph [1] and the subsequent texts on the various aspects of the exact solvability of the Euler-Poisson equations, the main list of which is contained in the paper [2].
