Description: We develop a theoretical framework in which the equations of General Relativity (GR) emerge from dimensional fluctuations of the early Universe. The derivation points out that primordial fluctuations in the effective dimensionality of spacetime are governed by the complex GinzburgâE"Landau equation (CGLE), which is a coarse-grained description of complex dynamics near the Planck scale. Elaborating on the behavior of CGLE as generic hydrodynamic flow, our paper offers an intriguing path from fractal dimensionality of primordial cosmology to the onset of gravitational physics in the late Universe.
