Description: The probability of the emission of the electron-positron pairs by the virtual synchrotron photons is calculated from the mass operator formalism introduced by Milton at al. (1981). This formalism is used to estimate the rate of the e-; e+ pair production by virtual synchrotron radiation. The rate is governed by eH<>m with exp [-4 x sqr(3(m2/eH)(m/E)], and therefore the e-e+ process is beyond the possibility of experimental observation.
