Description: The ultrasound photoelectric effect is the new phenomenon in particle physics. We derive the velocity of sound in the blackbody gas of photons. Derivation is based on the thermodynamic theory of the photon gas and the Einstein relation between energy and mass. The quantization of this sound forms the matter of phonons. The ultra-sound phonons composed from photons generate the photoelectric effect as the analogue to the Einstein photoelectric effect in metals. The application of this effect in the elementary particle physics, atomic physics and nuclear physics is not excluded.
