Description: There was analyzed the literature sources of the recognition of faces. It was found that the existing recognition algorithms do not take into account the slope of the face in depth forward or backward, which reduces the probability of correct identification. There was given description of the elastic graph algorithm to find identify key points of the face, details of which will be used in this article. Having the information about the key points, there was developed a method of determining the angle of inclination of the person's face in depth on the images to improve the quality of person's identification.
