Description: The dielectric with index of refraction n is inserted in the blackbody photon sea. The spectral formula for photons in such dielectric medium is derived and the equation for the temperature of photons is presented. The derived equation is solved for the constant index of refraction. The photon flow initiates the osmotic pressure of he Debye phonons. It is not excluded that photon osmosis plays the substantial role in forming and development of the skin cancer.
