Description: It is shown that the process of Time dilation in the theory of special and general relativity is a physical phenomenon with unitary nature. Basic elements of the method required to establish the fact of integration of two metamorphisms into one are formulated. The notions of the phase angle of Time and temporal currents of Time are used. The function ensuring the correlation between and efficient temporal processes was found.
