Description: Presented calculations and statistical data confirm the existence of a unitary mechanism of time dilation in the special and general theory of relativity. It is shown that during the use of the phase angle of Time I¨ and calibration constant sec I¨ , chronological transaction of material bodies and signals through the chronotopic bifurcation point in such temporal areas as Future and Past.
