Description: Relating the concept of gravity to electromagnetics has been a goal of physics. The Scalar Theory of Everything (STOE) posits the components of the universe emerge to cause gravity and electromagnetic effects. The STOE is reviewed to show the gravity action and is extended to model magnetic effects. A fundamental change in the model of the action of magnetism is suggested. An experiment rejects the traditional magnetostatics Biot-Savart Law and does not reject the STOE.
