Description: The paper proposes and considers the utilization of an inertial electro-kinetic thermonuclear reactor. Such a rector turns the kinetic energy of charged particles directly into electricity or thrust. This greatly simplifies, facilitates, increases efficiency and reduces the cost of construction of the reactor and its entire electrical installation, since electrical energy can be easily transmitted over long distances and converted to any other type of energy. Author also considers the inertial thermo-nuclear reactor as propulsion system in space.
