Description: The object of examination of objects of copyright and related rights is the actual data belonging to the properties of material and non-material (information) objects. These data are established on the basis of special knowledge in the field of copyright and related rights, strictly in accordance with the requirements of the law and may have probative value in criminal, civil, economic and administrative cases. The features of an expert examination by the new Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine are carried out in the article. The procedure of judicial examination in intellectual property rights sphere in criminal proceedings is analyzed and shown in accordance with current legislation.
