Description: The article presents the dynamics of profitability of all activities of small enterprises of Ukraine and small agricultural enterprises for 2010-2018. emphasized The importance of small enterprises is emphasized for the development of united territorial communities. The tendencies of development of small agricultural enterprises in Ukraine are investigated. Multiple regression equation for profitability level of small agricultural enterprises and impact factors is calculated. There is a low correlation between the level of profitability of small agricultural enterprises and the number of enterprises, the cost of wages and the volume of sales. The necessity of studying the influence of institutional factor on the efficiency of utilization of the potential of small enterprises in the territorial communities of Ukraine has been clarified.
