Description: It is shown that in the bowels of black holes there is a destruction of matter, molecules, atoms and nuclei of elements into elementary particles and electromagnetic waves. At the same time, the formation of neutral elementary particles comes from electromagnetic waves of the corresponding energies. The explanation of the appearance of jets at the poles and low-frequency radiation of the surface of black holes is given.
