Description: In the present paper quantum theory for a scalar model has been considered by the author in terms of the {bf measurability} concept introduced in his previous works. This theory is studied within the scope of the lattice approach. It is shown that a perturbation theory for such a model at the energies $Ell E_p$ leads to the completely finite contributions into the loop amplitudes of all physical processes, and also to finite values of both {bf bare} and experimental (i.e. renormalized) quantities associated with the above-mentioned energy region. Besides, it is demonstrated that a continuum limit of the lattice model includes no ultra-violet divergences.
