Description: We determine the spectrum of N electrons moving coherently in the electromagnetic field of the planar magnetron. We argue that for large N and high intensity of electric field, the power of radiation of such magnetron laser, can be sufficient for application in the physical, chemical, biological and medical sciences, and specially for the destruction of the COVID-19. In medicine, the magnetronic laser (MAGFEL), can be used for the therapy of the localized cancer tumors. The application of such new electron laser as the photoelectron spectroscopy facility in the solid state physics and chemistry is evident.
