Description: Depression is, firstly, a social phenomenon that can particularly affect lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and other sexually and / or gender-identified individuals. Being able to psychologically help clients who have faced society's rejection of their sexuality and self-identification is a challenge that should be more common than it is today in Ukraine. This paper tells about couses of depression and depressive states, and also produces some variants of psychoprophylaxis and psychocorrection of depressive states of people from the LGBT community in Ukraine and Russian-speaking countries.
