Description: All the arguments in the article based on the application of the Law of Determinism: "Any process ends with a fatally predetermined result, wich is dictated by the activated properties of the objects involved in the process." The results of quantum processes are also dictated by the activated properties of the process participants. The hypothesis of structure of the Universe and the atom is based on the idea that matter unformed into an object is a superfluid. In the objects of the Universe, it is formed by the vacuum energy.
