Description: The statistical analysis and the spherical wavelet analysis of the SDSS DR7 quasars distribution and of the WMAP CMB anisotropy are performed. They revealed the qualitative agreement between the angular power spectrum of CMB and the angular power spectrum of the quasar distribution on the celestial sphere. The angular correlation function and the angular power spectrum of the quasar distribution may be described by the power laws. The large quasar groups are discovered and they form the fractal set: the relation between their angular size and a number of quasar groups with this size is characterized by a power-law with fractal dimension 2.08.
