Description: We derive the power spectrum of photons generated by charges in the plane wave of dielectric medium. The experimental observation of such radiation in such medium can be considered as the integral part of the aurora borealis and australis. The consequence of the dielectric plane wave form of vacuum generated by the gravitational waves is mentioned
