Description: Purpose -- to establish and tabulate the integral relationship between the average and the weights for the direct construction of serendipity elements (12 nodes) from the corresponding Lagrangian element (16 nodes). The proposed procedure eliminates the need for making condensation element matrix equation, and is suitable for the general case of any exception parameters of nodes located within the element.
