Description: We investigate a model of nonlinear electrodynamics with the Lagrangian density ${cal L} = -(1/beta)arctan(beta F_{munu}F^{munu}/4)$. The phenomenon of vacuum birefringence is studied. The model of electromagnetic fields coupled with the gravitation field is considered. The black hole solution is obtained possessing the asymptotic Reissner-Nordstr"om solution. The corrections to Reissner-Nordstr"om solution are found.
