Description: In general physics and nuclear physics in particular quantum mechanics is a key theory. In the present paper Bell's theorem that supports the idea that quantum mechanics is a fndamental theory is questioned. In experiment Bell's inequality (especially the CHSH measure) is confirmed. However, it is argued by me that the mathematics of Bell's inequality is insufficiently 'waterproof' to allow this conclusion.
